Shipping Policy
DArtistInU offers free shipping across the USA. Each item is handmade with care, so please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.
Once your order is shipped, delivery time may vary depending on the carrier and destination. You will receive tracking information when available.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. DArtistInU is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Handmade Product Note
Every DArtistInU piece is handcrafted, and small variations in color, shape, flowers, resin details, or finish are part of what makes each item unique.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your order. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at dartistinu@gmail.com.
Items may be eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, hair accessories, candles that have been used, custom items, personalized items, and gift baskets are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will be happy to help make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been prepared or shipped.
